What we have learned..

Having hubby along on this journey is so nice! He has lost 22 lbs now! We have learned alot. Just tracking our daily calories is such an eye opener. We used to go out to eat and not think about it, just enjoy ourselves. Today Doug really wanted Arbys so we sat down and looked over the nutrition guide and ordered one meal to split between us. We looked at the container of fries and I said Its ok.. It is OK to toss it! So we ate just a few and tossed the rest. We did not get hungry until this evening and then just had a light snack. I am so happy we are on the right track now! :)
