3.7 lbs!! Wow! I honestly expected a gain! I am thrilled beyond words! PTL!! I am on my way! Now only 23 lbs to make my first big goal for my 43rd birthday which is exactly 2 months from today! I can do this!! I can!! Woohooo!!! :) :) :)
