:( That stinks, but phooey on your scale. You're going down in size and doing so well. I'll bet it's some muscle built plus maybe some water retained. Have you had some high sodium foods lately? Really, you'd have to be eating like a crazy person to gain that in one week. And we know you are not a crazy person! :)
