Catching up..
Well last week I had lost 2 lbs again. So this was a good thing. I am at 213 pounds. I am not going to make my birthday goal of 190 now so I am changing that to 200. It is 3 weeks from today and I think I can make it. I am going to a very low carb diet as I am having trouble with my eyes and have not been checking my sugar levels (not good) It is hard for me to go low carb and low calorie but I'll see what I can do. I will not give up! I see the changes in my body and I want to see more. Now any tricks on getting rid of the tummy?! That's going to be the last thing to go.. ugh! :P

I let my emotions get the best of me..
On Sunday I ate what I wanted and I didn't do a bit of exercise. I do not want that to take over my life again! I did better yesterday and again today. I want to lose this weight and change my lifestyle!! I am praying for a loss again on Saturday. I haven't kept up with the blogs either, I'll have to look and see how everyone is doing!

Yet another gain?
Scale says I am back up to 215. I am so frustrated. I have eaten right, exercised, drank water. This makes no sense to me and I am bordering on giving up! There is no way now that I can make my birthday goal and a month ago I thought I was way ahead. I wish I knew what was going on!!

UGH!!
Scale says I GAINED 4 lbs and hubby gained 5 this week! I am shocked. We both felt we lost weight. This is really discouraging to me today. :(

A new exercise tool..
Hubby brought home an elliptical machine! Ouch! He has been working out on one at work and really likes it and decided it would be alot easier to have one at home. So far I can only do a few minutes at a time, it kills my calves! But I am glad to have it! I bought a new dress a couple sizes too small planning on wearing it on our anniversary in July but! it is so close to fitting now I'll be in it by my birthday instead! Yay! Next weigh in is Saturday morning.

What we have learned..
Having hubby along on this journey is so nice! He has lost 22 lbs now! We have learned alot. Just tracking our daily calories is such an eye opener. We used to go out to eat and not think about it, just enjoy ourselves. Today Doug really wanted Arbys so we sat down and looked over the nutrition guide and ordered one meal to split between us. We looked at the container of fries and I said Its ok.. It is OK to toss it! So we ate just a few and tossed the rest. We did not get hungry until this evening and then just had a light snack. I am so happy we are on the right track now! :)

New weight update!!
Down another 3 lbs!! Woohoo!!! I will be seeing my weight start with a 1 in the next few weeks! PTL!!! I haven't seen that in a longggg time! I cant wait to see it. Sooo happy right now!!
